Return and refund policy

  • Items to be returned must be unopened, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 60 days of purchase. Certain conditions may apply.
  • Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Earrings and diamonds are final sale.
  • Please contact the customer service team at the duty free shop where you purchased your item to make arrangements for the return.


Refund of online purchase

If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order, you can expect to receive a refund two weeks after your planned collection date.
