• The original purchase receipt must accompany any return. Credit/Debit card copies or photocopies of original receipt will not be accepted


• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase


• All returned products must be unopened and in immediate saleable condition as determined by the personnel


• Confectionary, skincare and makeup products can only be returned with purchase receipt when specifically due to a manufacturer defect or personal allergy


• No refunds on pierced earrings


• Customers will only be refunded the amount as shown on the original receipt for the returned product


• Refunds will be made in the same payment media as shown on the original receipt
